Made buying my first home painfree and super easy.

I’ve been renting an apartment from Steel Valley Homes for about 6 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. I love my home and the rent is a great price. Adam has been so helpful with any questions I’ve had. I’ve had no problems with Steel Valley Homes and plan on staying with them for a while!

I can't say enough about my experience with Steel Valley Homes, more specifically John. I had to make the impossible decision to sell my parents' home after they both passed this year (2024) and he made the impossible easier than it would have been without him. He answered all my questions, took the time to explain the things I didn't understand, allowed me to cry during phone calls and express my grief, found repair men for the few things that needed done, and kept in constant contact. Everything went smoother than I expected ... we even closed on time. Steel Valley Homes (John) and his team also manage my parents' condo and have provided excellent service throughout the years there as well.
